Golden State acquired the future second overall pick for Dana Barros, creating enormous asset value before the next move. Golden State received 1990 first round pick (#2-Gary Payton (Sr.)) and sent 1989 first round pick (#16-Dana Barros). The long-term value clearly favored Golden State. The A+ Warriors grade reflects realized production, role, timing and downstream asset value; the C+ the other team grade measures what Oklahoma City Thunder obtained from the same transaction.
