The Panthers selected cornerback Tyrone Poole, who had a long NFL career but spent only three seasons in Carolina. Green Bay used No. 32 on Craig Newsome, a starter on its Super Bowl XXXI championship team, and added two more picks. The Packers’ broader return earns the edge.
