Carolina sent Chicago D.J. Moore, the 2023 No. 9 pick, a 2023 second, a 2024 first and a 2025 second to move to No. 1 for Bryce Young. Young improved to 3,011 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2025, but Chicago’s return became Caleb Williams, Moore and additional premium players including Luther Burden III. Williams has 7,483 passing yards through two seasons. Carolina’s quarterback progress does not erase the enormous value gap.
Philadelphia moved from No. 10 to No. 9 and selected Jalen Carter, while Chicago received the No. 10 pick used on Darnell Wright plus the 2024 fourth-round pick used on Tory Taylor. Carter became a disruptive interior cornerstone for the Eagles, and Wright developed into a high-end right tackle for the Bears.
