Baltimore Ravens and Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota Vikings Win Tier: major
Confidence: high
Minnesota sent Yannick Ngakoue to Baltimore after only six games, receiving a 2021 third-round pick and a conditional 2022 fifth. The Ravens got three sacks in nine regular-season games before Ngakoue left in free agency. Minnesota used the third-rounder on Patrick Jones II, who recorded 12 sacks across four Vikings seasons, including seven in 2024, while the fifth became part of later draft movement. The Vikings clearly recovered more value.
Cleveland Browns Win Tier: standard
Confidence: high
Minnesota sent pick No. 156 and a 2023 fourth-rounder to Cleveland to move up for cornerback Akayleb Evans at No. 118. Cleveland used No. 156 on running back Jerome Ford and the future fourth on edge defender Isaiah McGuire. Evans gave Minnesota stretches of starting work, but Ford became a productive backfield contributor and McGuire added defensive rotation value. Two useful Browns for one inconsistent Vikings corner gives Cleveland the edge.
