Dallas acquired 2007 2nd round pick (36th overall subsequently traded, Kevin Kolb) and 2008 1st round pick (22nd overall, Felix Jones) from Cleveland Browns for 2007 1st round pick (22nd overall, Brady Quinn). The deal grades toward Dallas because the incoming side carried stronger durable value, better draft conversion, or more meaningful roster impact than the outgoing package.

Dallas acquired 2007 1st round pick (26th overall, Anthony Spencer) from Philadelphia Eagles for 2007 2nd round pick (36th overall, Kevin Kolb), 2007 3rd round pick (87th overall, Stewart Bradley) and 2007 5th round pick (159th overall, C.J. Gaddis). The deal grades toward Philadelphia Eagles because Dallas gave up the stronger long-term value, cleaner draft conversion, or more useful roster asset.
