Buffalo moved from No. 28 to No. 32 in the 2024 first round and added picks 95 and 221, while Kansas City moved up for Xavier Worthy and also received picks 133 and 248. Worthy became an immediate postseason weapon and Jaden Hicks developed into a useful safety. Buffalo later traded No. 32 again, so Xavier Legette was not a direct Bills return. Kansas City has clearly produced more value from this exchange.
Carolina moved from No. 33 to No. 32 for Xavier Legette and also received No. 200, used on Jaden Crumedy. Buffalo took Keon Coleman at No. 33 and Sedrick Van Pran-Granger at No. 141. Coleman has 960 receiving yards and eight touchdowns through two seasons, slightly outproducing Legette’s 860 yards and seven scores, while Van Pran-Granger has provided useful line depth and Crumedy was waived in 2025.
