Green Bay sent center Ken Iman to Los Angeles in early February 1964 without receiving new consideration that day. Packers historical research says the transfer fulfilled the future value Los Angeles expected after allowing quarterback Zeke Bratkowski to reach Green Bay on waivers in October 1963, although Rams president Dan Reeves declined to confirm that linkage. Iman later started 140 consecutive regular-season games for the Rams.

Green Bay reacquired the rights to quarterback Zeke Bratkowski from Minnesota in January 1971 and sent the Vikings a 1972 third-round pick, No. 59. Bratkowski returned for six games with the Packers in 1971, while Minnesota used the acquired choice on Bart Buetow. The pick carried more nominal value, but neither return became a major long-term prize, leaving the trade close to even.
