Baltimore Ravens received Tony Banks. Tony Banks started eighteen games across two Baltimore seasons and provided meaningful quarterback play before the Ravens changed direction during the 2000 championship season. Compared with Los Angeles Rams' return, the result supports a B grade and fits the Baltimore Ravens Win verdict.
St. Louis acquired receiver Mark Clayton and a 2011 seventh-round pick from Baltimore for a 2011 sixth-rounder. Clayton started fast with 23 catches for 306 yards and two touchdowns in five games before a knee injury ended his 2010 season, then barely played in 2011. Baltimore used No. 180 on Tyrod Taylor, who became a four-year backup and later a long-time NFL starter elsewhere, giving the Ravens the better result.
The Rams traded cornerback Marcus Peters to Baltimore in October 2019 for linebacker Kenny Young and a 2020 fifth-round pick. Peters immediately strengthened a contending Ravens defense, intercepting five passes in nine regular-season games and earning first-team All-Pro recognition. Young developed into a useful Rams linebacker, including six starts in 2020, but his Los Angeles impact remained much smaller.
Baltimore acquired veteran cornerback Tre'Davious White and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Rams for a 2026 seventh-round pick. White appeared in seven regular-season games for the Ravens and provided experienced secondary depth without requiring meaningful draft capital. Los Angeles recovered a slightly earlier late-round selection for a player outside its plans, but Baltimore received the more useful immediate football value.
