San Francisco 49ers received
No lasting asset from the March 4 agreement — Baltimore's No. 51 pick was returned in the March 16 settlement
San Francisco and Baltimore agreed on March 4, 2004 to exchange Terrell Owens for Baltimore's 2004 second-round pick, No. 51. The agreement did not survive the Owens contract dispute. A March 16 settlement overturned that deal, returned the second-round pick to Baltimore, and redirected Owens to Philadelphia, so the original 49ers-Ravens exchange produced no lasting transfer.
2013 6th round pick (199th overall subsequently traded, Theo Riddick)
San Francisco 49ers received
Anquan Boldin
San Francisco acquired Anquan Boldin from Baltimore for a sixth-round pick immediately after Boldin helped the Ravens win Super Bowl XLVII. He became the 49ers’ leading receiver in 2013 with 85 catches, 1,179 yards and seven touchdowns, then re-signed and remained productive for two more seasons. Baltimore’s pick No. 199 was moved in another draft trade. The enormous difference in direct team value makes this a decisive 49ers win.
2026 4th round pick (133rd overall, Matthew Hibner)
San Francisco 49ers received
2026 5th round pick (154th overall, Jaden Dugger) and a 2027 6th round pick
Baltimore moved up to No. 133 for Matthew Hibner, giving up No. 154 and a 2027 sixth-round pick. Hibner made the Ravens' initial 53-man roster, which gives Baltimore a real developmental asset but not yet an established regular-season return. With the 2026 season only beginning, there is not enough completed NFL production to assign Baltimore a meaningful advantage.
