Cincinnati acquired wide receiver Charlie Joiner and linebacker Ron Pritchard from Houston in October 1972 for running backs Paul Robinson and Fred Willis. Joiner later became a Hall of Famer, although most of his legendary production came after Cincinnati sent him to San Diego in 1976.
Tennessee traded No. 207 to Cincinnati for Nos. 217 and 227, selecting Corey Levin and Josh Carraway. Levin ultimately logged 88 regular-season games and seven starts for the Titans through 2025, while Carraway appeared in one game.
