Houston Texans received

  • 2004 6th round pick (175th overall, Jammal Lord)
  • 2004 7th round pick (210th overall, Raheem Orr)

Jacksonville Jaguars received

  • 2004 5th round pick (159th overall, Sean Bubin)

Houston sent 2004 fifth-round No. 159 to Jacksonville and received sixth-round No. 175 plus seventh-round No. 210, selecting Jammal Lord and Raheem Orr. Jacksonville used No. 159 on Sean Bubin. Because none of the three players produced a durable team-specific payoff, the extra Houston selection did not create meaningful separation and the exchange remains even.

Houston Texans received

  • Christian Kirk

Jacksonville Jaguars received

  • 2026 7th round pick (245th overall subsequently traded, Jam Miller)

Houston acquired veteran receiver Christian Kirk from Jacksonville for a 2026 seventh-round pick. The price was minimal for an experienced target, and Kirk contributed to a Texans offense that needed veteran help around C.J. Stroud. Jacksonville gained cap flexibility and at least converted an expected departure into draft capital, but the realized football value favored Houston.
