Tennessee traded picks No. 90 and No. 169 to Las Vegas during the 2022 draft to move up four spots to No. 86, where the Titans selected quarterback Malik Willis. Willis appeared in 11 regular-season games with three starts over two Tennessee seasons before the Titans traded him to Green Bay in 2024 for a seventh-round pick.

- pick 2022 fifth round pick (#169, later included in move-up for #126 Neil Farrell Jr.)

Trade Analysis
The legacy row omitted Tennessee's side of the trade entirely even though the transaction is well documented. The Titans' official transaction history says Tennessee sent the 90th and 169th selections to Las Vegas on April 29, 2022 for pick No. 86, then used No. 86 on quarterback Malik Willis. The Raiders' announcement describes the same exchange from the other direction, while NFL's draft trade tracker and Pro Sports Transactions independently confirm every pick number. The first repair is therefore structural: Tennessee received Malik Willis via No. 86, not undisclosed consideration or an empty asset list.
Las Vegas used No. 90 on Memphis guard Dylan Parham. That selection became a long-term starting return. NFL career records show Parham playing 17 games and starting all 17 in both 2022 and 2023, then starting 14 of 15 appearances in 2024 and all 15 appearances in 2025. Across his four Raiders seasons, he started 63 of 64 regular-season games. That level of sustained offensive-line availability gives the Raiders a substantial direct return from the primary pick acquired in the deal.
The second Raiders asset also retained value. Las Vegas did not make the selection at No. 169; on the next day, the Raiders combined Nos. 165 and 169 in a trade with Minnesota to move up to No. 126. They selected LSU defensive tackle Neil Farrell Jr. The Raiders' official draft coverage and NFL's trade tracker both document that chain. The fifth-rounder therefore functioned as part of another move-up rather than disappearing from the transaction record.
Tennessee's bet on Willis produced much less value for the Titans themselves. NFL statistics show Willis appearing in eight games with three starts as a rookie, completing 31 of 61 passes for 276 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions. He appeared in three more games in 2023 but did not become Tennessee's long-term starter. In August 2024, the Titans traded him to Green Bay for a 2025 seventh-round pick, officially ending his Tennessee tenure after 11 regular-season appearances. His later success for other teams cannot be credited as Titans production.
Las Vegas Raiders Win decisively. The Raiders earn an A- because moving down only four spots produced a four-year starting guard plus an extra pick that helped finance another move-up. Tennessee earns a D+ because the club paid the extra fifth-round asset to target a quarterback who made only three starts for the Titans before being moved for a seventh-round return. The completed record strongly favors Las Vegas.
