Green Bay acquired Ron Smith (C.); rights to Dick Arndt; 1967 second round pick (#41-Dave Dunaway) from Los Angeles Rams for Tom Moore (a). The Packers side produced stronger hindsight value, either through the better player outcome, better draft conversion, or a superior capital return. Green Bay gets the higher grade because the retained value and on-field return outweighed the cost.
