Cleveland used No. 191 on Paul Hubbard, but he spent most of 2008 on the practice squad, was inactive after a late promotion and was cut before the 2009 season, producing zero Browns regular-season appearances. Philadelphia's future No. 141 became one of two fifth-rounders sent to New England for Ellis Hobbs. Hobbs played 16 Eagles games, started seven and handled kick returns. Because No. 137 was also required, the Eagles get only proportional credit but still win, C+ to D.
