1995 seventh-round pick (No. 210, Kevin Bouie)
1995 seventh-round pick (No. 248, Howard Smothers)
Jacksonville received 1995 picks No. 169 and No. 219 from Philadelphia, using them on Ryan Christopherson and Curtis Marsh. The Jaguars gave up three later selections, Nos. 208, 210 and 248. The five-pick exchange gave Jacksonville the higher individual selections, but the realized careers did not create enough separation for a decisive hindsight advantage.
Jacksonville converted the trade into Ace Sanders and Demetrius McCray. Sanders provided two seasons of receiving and return work, while McCray became the more useful piece by supplying several seasons of defensive service and starting opportunities at cornerback. Neither became a star, but the Jaguars extracted two legitimate contributors from the deal and received considerably more usable roster value than Philadelphia.
Jacksonville Jaguars received Jameson Houston and 2023 6th round pick (208th overall, Erick Hallett) from Philadelphia Eagles in the 2021-05-18 exchange. Jameson Houston was waived by Jacksonville before the 2021 season and Erick Hallett remained a practice-squad player there, while Josiah Scott played 33 Eagles games with four starts and two interceptions. Measured by what Jacksonville Jaguars actually realized after the deal, the return supports a D+ grade and represents the weaker realized return. The overall judgment is Philadelphia Eagles Win.
Jacksonville traded Gardner Minshew to Philadelphia for a conditional 2022 sixth-round pick. The condition was not met at a level that improved the compensation, and the Jaguars ultimately held pick No. 197, which they used on defensive back Gregory Junior. Jacksonville converted a reserve quarterback into a young, inexpensive defender, but the return remained modest enough to keep the deal close.
2022 6th round pick (188th overall; subsequently traded by Philadelphia)
2022 6th round pick (198th overall, Grant Calcaterra)
Jacksonville Jaguars received 2022 5th round pick (154th overall, Snoop Conner) in the 2022-04-30 exchange with Philadelphia Eagles. Snoop Conner produced limited value for Jacksonville after the Jaguars moved up to No. 154. The direct package is the basis for the hindsight grade, with later movement of an acquired selection treated separately. That supports Philadelphia Eagles Win.
Jacksonville sent Tank Bigsby to Philadelphia in September 2025 for a 2026 fifth-round pick and a 2026 sixth-round pick. The Eagles added a proven young runner and kick-return option behind Saquon Barkley, while the Jaguars converted a crowded backfield asset into two future selections that later carried identifiable draft value.
