Corrections, missing trades, data tips, and site questions.
TradeVerdicts is building the who, what, when, and where of every sports trade in history. If you found a missing trade, a wrong asset, a broken page, a historical naming issue, or a detail that needs more context, send it over.
What to send
The most helpful messages include the trade page URL, the player or team involved, the date if known, and a short explanation of what looks missing, duplicated, outdated, or incorrect.
- Corrections: wrong team, wrong date, wrong asset, bad pick chain, duplicate item, or outdated franchise name.
- Missing trades: a transaction that should be in the archive but does not appear in search.
- Context tips: details that change how a trade should be understood with hindsight.
- Site issues: broken links, confusing pages, formatting bugs, or search problems.
What helps most
Trade history can be messy. Older transactions may involve former franchise names, conditional picks, undisclosed consideration, partial records, or draft assets that moved again before becoming known players.
When possible, include a reliable source or explain where the information came from. A contemporary article, team transaction log, league record, player page, media guide, or archived report can help separate a real correction from a duplicate or conflicting historical note.
Please do not send copyrighted articles in full. A link, citation, short excerpt, or description of the relevant detail is better.
Editorial and methodology questions
TradeVerdicts grades trades with hindsight. That means verdicts are based on what the exchanged players, picks, and assets became over time, not only how the transaction looked on the day it happened.
If you disagree with a verdict, send the page and the argument. The strongest feedback explains the asset value, player outcome, draft result, roster context, or opportunity cost that should be weighed differently.
Advertising, partnerships, and general inquiries
For advertising, sponsorship, partnership, media, or general site questions, use the same email address. TradeVerdicts is an independent sports trade archive and analysis site.
TradeVerdicts is not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, any league, any team, or any player association. Team names, player names, and league references are used for identification, historical discussion, and editorial analysis.
Before you email
A lot of trade questions can be answered through the archive itself. Search by player, team, year, or trade detail first. If the page exists but something looks wrong, include the URL so the issue can be reviewed directly.
